What personal information is shared?
How names, emails, addresses, and private order details are kept private.
Supper should not publish personal data such as buyer names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, commission briefs, private attachments, or fulfillment URLs in public page, product, commission, or feed content.
Creators can access the private information needed to fulfill a purchase. ATM and payment processors can access payment information needed to process the transaction, manage subscriptions, and satisfy legal obligations.
Public versus private
- Public feed posts should contain only the message the supporter chose to make public.
- Order fulfillment data stays in Supper's private database and storage.
- Payment status and public payment references are handled by ATM and public atmosphere account records, not by exposing private order details.
