Sending physical shop items to the US

Customs and tariff rules can change quickly. If you ship to US buyers, you are responsible for checking current customs requirements, commodity descriptions, declared value, country of origin, carrier restrictions, and any duties, tariffs, or taxes that may apply.

Do not promise duty-free delivery unless you know that is true for the shipment. If buyers may owe import charges, state that clearly in your listing or shipping terms.

Supper does not calculate customs duties for creators at launch. Creators should use carrier tools, customs brokers, or official customs guidance for the destination country.
