Guide for law enforcement

How authorized agencies should request information or emergency preservation.

Supper protects user privacy while complying with valid legal obligations. Law enforcement requests should identify the legal authority, the requesting agency, the officer or agent, the specific Supper identifiers involved, the data requested, and the relevant date range.

Requests for payment KYC, card details, chargebacks, processor logs, or Stripe Connect identity records may need to be directed to ATM, Stripe, banks, or card networks rather than Supper.

Emergency requests involving imminent risk of death, serious physical harm, CSAM, terrorism, or violent extremist content should clearly state the emergency and the minimum information needed. Preservation of data is separate from disclosure.
