DAC7 and UK reporting guide

How tax-reporting rules may affect creators selling goods or services.

Some marketplace and platform tax-reporting rules require services to collect and report seller information when creators meet thresholds for goods, services, or income. These rules can vary by region and may apply to EU or UK creators.

ATM handles payment-side records and may request tax, identity, or business information where needed for payment processing, Stripe Connect, reporting, or legal compliance. Supper may also need to maintain order and fee records for app-level reporting.

Supper and ATM do not provide tax advice. Creators are responsible for their own income tax, sales tax, VAT, GST, customs, and reporting obligations.
