Supper content guidelines

What can be posted, sold, commissioned, messaged, or delivered through Supper.

Supper is for lawful creator support. These guidelines apply across the app: public pages, posts, shop items, commissions, private files, paid downloads, messages, attachments, and offsite content sold or unlocked through Supper.

When Supper shows social posts from Bluesky or another AT Protocol app, those posts are also governed by the policies of the service where they were posted. Supper may hide or limit how they appear in Supper, but users may need to report the original post through Bluesky or the relevant AT Protocol service too.

Paid content must satisfy Supper rules, ATM rules, and the rules of the payment processor used for that checkout. ATM currently uses Stripe, whose rules prohibit pornography and other mature audience content designed for sexual gratification. Future processors may have different policies, but a creator can only use a processor for content that processor supports.

Not allowed

  • Illegal content, products, or services.
  • Child sexual abuse material or sexualized content involving minors.
  • Sexual services, explicit adult content, or paid sexual gratification content through Stripe-backed checkout.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, stalking, doxxing, or credible threats.
  • Hate, harassment, extremist content, or praise or support for unlawful violence.
  • Fraud, scams, fake pages, misleading fundraising, malware, credential theft, or payment-rule evasion.
  • Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Weapons, drugs, medical goods, gambling, raffles, regulated goods, or restricted financial products unless explicitly permitted by law and payment rules.

Possible actions

  • Supper can remove or hide content, block checkout, quarantine or delete files, preserve evidence, notify ATM or service providers, and suspend or ban accounts.
  • Severe illegal content, child safety issues, terrorist content, credible threats, and payment abuse may be escalated to the relevant service provider or authority.

To report content, use Report abuse.
