Supper policy
Terms of Service
Updated: July 12, 2026 · Effective date: July 12, 2026 · Version: 2026-07-12.v1 · Operated by Atmosphere Money Inc.
Supper is a creator support app for tips, monthly support and memberships, shops, commissions, posts, projects, and messages. By creating an account, publishing content, clicking a purchase or subscription button, or otherwise using Supper, you electronically agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Copyright Policy, our Help guidance, and any payment-provider terms that apply to a transaction.
Supper is not intended for children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts, pages, purchases, or content on Supper. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Supper only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms. Creators, projects, or other recipients who receive payouts must also meet ATM's and the active payment processor's eligibility requirements, which may include being at least 18, legally able to enter a payment agreement, and able to provide required tax, identity, or business information.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to make a purchase, start a paid membership, sell through Supper, or receive payouts. If you are not, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to the transaction for you and is responsible for it.
Supper is operated by Atmosphere Money Inc., the same company that operates Atmosphere Money ("ATM"). Supper owns the creator and supporter experience. ATM owns payment setup, checkout, payment records, and payment-provider integrations. When you pay through Supper checkout, ATM's Payer Terms and Privacy Policy also apply, and creators who receive payments through Supper also agree to ATM's Recipient Terms. ATM currently uses Stripe to securely process payments (cards, Link, and supported card wallets), so paid content, products, commissions, and subscriptions must comply with Stripe's restricted-business rules as well as Supper's content rules.
Supper is not a bank, money transmitter, escrow provider, or general payment processor. We are not the seller of creator goods or services. Creators are responsible for their pages, pricing, descriptions, delivery, tax obligations, shipping obligations, refund expectations, and legal compliance. Our setting your terms and refunds and disputes guides explain how creators should communicate purchase expectations. Supporters are responsible for reviewing what they are buying or supporting before they pay.
Creators are the sellers and merchants of record for direct charges for their own goods or services unless checkout expressly identifies Atmosphere Money Inc. as the seller of an Atmosphere-owned product. Creators are responsible for determining, registering for, collecting, reporting, and remitting sales, use, VAT, GST, income, and other taxes that apply to them. Supper, ATM, or Stripe may offer tax tools or collect tax when a particular checkout is configured to do so, but those tools do not determine a creator's legal obligations. No tax is added unless checkout shows it before payment, and mandatory tax law controls over any contrary allocation in these terms.
Supper charges a 5% app fee on payments made through Supper. Payment processor fees are separate and depend on the active processor for the checkout. See Does Supper take a fee? for the buyer and creator-facing explanation.
Purchases, subscriptions, and delivery
The creator's listing, commission offer, delivery description, price, refund terms, and other terms shown before payment form part of the transaction. You authorize ATM and its processor to charge the payment method you select for the displayed total. For a monthly membership or recurring support payment, you authorize that amount (plus any tax expressly shown) to be charged each month until you cancel. You may cancel before the next renewal in ATM, either from Supper's Manage in ATM button or directly in ATM. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself refund an earlier billing period. Creators must deliver what they describe and supporters must provide accurate fulfillment information. Our Refunds and Disputes Policy applies, subject always to non-waivable consumer rights.
You can support a creator while signed in with your atmosphere account or, where the checkout allows it, as a guest without an Atmosphere account. Guest contact details are collected by ATM during checkout, receipts go to the email you provide, and guest subscriptions are managed through single-use management links that ATM emails to you and that expire within 24 hours. Guest payments are not attached to an atmosphere account, and may not be automatically linked to an atmosphere account you sign in with later. See ATM's Payer Terms for how guest and signed-in payments work.
Supper is built on your atmosphere account and compatible account hosts. Learn about public atmosphere account records. Some records you choose to publish, such as public profile/page records, public product metadata, public commission listing metadata, and public support feed posts, may be written to your atmosphere account host and may be visible to other apps, indexers, and archives. ATM publicly confirms completed payments from its own atmosphere account. When a supporter confirms checkout with the public option selected, that choice authorizes both a matching public payer record and public purchase or support context on Supper's feed. A signed-in supporter's payer record is written to their atmosphere account; ATM hosts an anonymous payer record for a guest. When the public option is off, neither the payer record nor the public Supper feed item is created; ATM's payment proof still exists for verification. A creator may separately publish or opt into publishing a creator proof and minimal entitlement record. Choosing public does not make other order details or DMs public. Depending on the record type, public payment records may include public payer or recipient identifiers, the originating app, final amount and currency, payment status, payment type or cadence, public catalog or product references, timestamps, and proof references or status. The repository that hosts a record also identifies its account owner. ATM- and Supper-controlled public payment fields do not include emails, billing or shipping addresses, private notes, card details, raw processor account or payment identifiers, access-controlled files, or DMs. Text or context you choose to publish to a public feed is public, so do not include sensitive details in it. Order details, addresses, phone numbers, emails, buyer briefs, access-controlled files, paywalled downloads, and DMs are not published as public records. Supper, ATM, and service providers may process them as needed to provide and protect the service. See what personal information is shared for more detail.
Supper pages may also show public social posts, replies, embeds, profile information, and engagement information from Bluesky or other compatible apps. That social content is created and hosted outside Supper and is subject to the rules of the app or service where it was posted, including Bluesky's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when it comes from Bluesky. Supper may choose not to display, amplify, or link to social content inside Supper, but removing something from Supper does not necessarily remove the original post or record from Bluesky, an atmosphere account, or another compatible app.
You may not use Supper for illegal activity, exploitation, fraud, harassment, hate, threats, copyright infringement, sanctions evasion, payment-rule evasion, scraping, malware, or other activity described in our content guidelines. Mature or adult-adjacent material may also be limited by the current payment processor. While ATM may support additional payment processors in the future, content is only eligible for paid checkout through processors whose rules allow it. Supper may still apply a baseline rule that is stricter than any single processor where needed for safety, legality, or product trust. See Mature and NSFW content for the current launch guidance.
We may remove, hide, quarantine, or delete content; restrict checkout; unpublish profiles; suspend or ban accounts; preserve evidence; and cooperate with lawful requests. Where we can, we will notify affected users and provide a way to appeal.
Accounts, security, and service changes
You must provide accurate information, keep your atmosphere account, email, devices, session links, and credentials secure, and promptly tell us at contact@atmosphere.money about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not probe, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with Supper or use another person's account or data without authority. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and do not promise that every feature or third-party integration will always be available.
Your content and Supper intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to submit, sell, license, or publish it. You grant Atmosphere Money Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide Supper and to display public content through the public features you choose. This license may be sublicensed to our service providers for those purposes and continues for retained backups, legal compliance, dispute evidence, and public atmosphere account records we do not control. You may end it for other content by deleting that content or your account where the product allows.
Supper's software, branding, design, documentation, and other service materials are owned by Atmosphere Money Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as these terms permit. No other rights are granted. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, but we do not claim your underlying content.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Supper and may request account deletion, subject to records we must retain and public records outside our control. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for a violation, fraud, safety or security risk, legal requirement, processor restriction, nonpayment, or material harm to Supper or others. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal. Termination does not erase accrued payment, refund, tax, fulfillment, license, dispute, or indemnity obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination do survive.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPPER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ATMOSPHERE MONEY INC. DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR PERMANENT AVAILABILITY; THE QUALITY OR LEGALITY OF USER CONTENT OR CREATOR GOODS; OR THE ACTIONS OF USERS, ACCOUNT HOSTS, PAYMENT PROVIDERS, NETWORKS, OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES. THESE DISCLAIMERS DO NOT LIMIT WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE WAIVED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATMOSPHERE MONEY INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SUPPER WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$500 OR THE SUPPER APP FEES YOU PAID US DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT LAW DOES NOT ALLOW US TO LIMIT.
Indemnity
If you use Supper as a creator, seller, business, or on behalf of an organization, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atmosphere Money Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your content, goods or services, taxes, fulfillment, infringement, violation of law, or material breach of these terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent caused by our own breach, negligence, or willful misconduct, and does not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.
Governing law and disputes
New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please send a written description and requested resolution to contact@atmosphere.money and allow 30 days for an informal response, unless urgent relief or a filing deadline makes that impractical. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction. You may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a right to a jury where one exists, or waive participation in a class or representative action. Mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction remain available.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms. We will post the updated date and version and, for material changes, provide at least 30 days' notice through the service or your available contact information when reasonably practicable. A shorter period may apply for law, security, fraud, or third-party platform requirements. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date; continued use after that date means you accept them, but we will seek fresh consent where law requires it.
These terms and the policies incorporated above are the entire agreement about Supper and replace earlier Supper terms. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or by notice as law permits. There are no third-party beneficiaries. Electronic notices and signatures satisfy writing requirements. Headings are for convenience only.
