Refunds and Disputes

Creators are responsible for describing what supporters receive and fulfilling paid products, commissions, and services. Supporters should review the creator's description, delivery timeline, and terms before paying. Creators should publish clear terms for refunds, cancellations, revisions, licenses, delivery, and shipping.

Atmosphere Money handles payment processing and payment-management tools. ATM currently uses Stripe, so refunds, disputes, card-network rules, chargebacks, subscription changes, and processor limitations may be handled by ATM, Stripe, banks, or card networks. Refunds issued through ATM are returned to the original payment method. Where available, refunds or subscription changes should be managed through ATM. Supporters with an Atmosphere account can manage subscriptions from Supper or the ATM dashboard; guest supporters can use the single-use management links ATM emails to them, which expire within 24 hours and can be re-requested. Supper may surface links to the relevant ATM item so creators and supporters can manage payment-side actions there. ATM's Payer Terms describe the payer-side refund and dispute process.

For unfulfilled goods/services, fraud, or safety concerns, submit a report through Report abuse. Supper may take moderation action on profiles, products, commissions, or accounts. Moderation action is separate from a payment reversal: a removed product or suspended account does not automatically guarantee a refund, and an approved refund does not automatically resolve a safety or policy issue.
