How to issue a refund

Refund handling belongs in ATM or the payment processor dashboard, depending on the purchase and processor state. Supper can link creators to the relevant ATM purchase, order, subscription, or subscriber card where available.

A Supper moderation action and a payment reversal are separate. Removing a listing or suspending an account does not automatically decide whether a refund, dispute, chargeback, or processor adjustment is approved.
