Refunds and disputes

Where refunds, chargebacks, unfulfilled goods, and subscription changes belong.

Creators set the offer and are responsible for fulfillment. ATM owns payment management, and ATM currently uses Stripe for card payment processing. Refunds, chargebacks, and subscription changes may be handled in ATM, Stripe, banks, or card networks.

If a product or commission is unfulfilled, contact the creator first where appropriate. If there is fraud, abuse, illegal content, or a repeated pattern of non-delivery, use Report abuse.

A moderation action and a payment reversal are separate. Supper can remove unsafe listings or suspend accounts, but that does not always determine whether a payment processor, bank, or card network will approve a refund or dispute.
