Your terms help supporters understand what they are buying before they pay. Terms are especially important for commissions, custom work, digital downloads, and physical items.
Terms cannot override Supper rules, ATM rules, payment-processor rules, consumer law, or moderator decisions.
Include
- Delivery timelines and what counts as completion.
- Refund, cancellation, and revision expectations.
- License or usage limits for creative work.
- Shipping, customs, and import-charge expectations for physical items.
