Helping a supporter with DMs
Make support and commission conversations easier to understand.
When a supporter messages about a commission, Supper should show a context card above or near the message so the creator can identify the related order or listing.
If DMs fail to load, the supporter can retry, sign in again, or contact support with the thread and time of the issue.
