Does Supper take a fee?
How Supper app fees and processor fees are shown.
The Supper Free plan charges a 5% app fee for payments made through Supper. A qualifying Supper Pro subscription lowers that Supper app fee to 0% only after ATM confirms both the subscription and fee waiver.
ATM applies the Pro waiver and restores the Free-plan fee when Pro stops qualifying, including on already-running recurring charges. Restoration cannot exceed the fee ceiling previously approved for that relationship without a separate consented change.
Pro removes only Supper's app fee. Processor fees, sales tax, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, shipping, and other costs still apply. ATM currently uses Stripe for Supper checkout, so Stripe's standard processing fees apply where Stripe is the processor.
Where to check details
- Use Supper order and commission detail views for creator-facing purchase context and fee totals.
- Open Settings → Payments to check the ATM-confirmed Pro subscription and fee-waiver status. Manage billing or cancellation in ATM.
- Use the relevant payment dashboard action for subscription cancellation, payment updates, pause/resume, refunds, payouts, and processor-side records.
