Calculating shipping prices
Set worldwide and destination-specific rates, including combined-order pricing.
Physical shop products can have a worldwide shipping rate plus different rates for selected countries or continents. A destination-specific price overrides the worldwide rate for that buyer.
For a multi-item order, Supper takes the highest regular shipping price in the basket, then adds the ‘Price with others’ amount for each additional shop item. Commission orders are purchased separately, so commission listings only need their regular destination prices.
Choosing your rates
- Include postage, packaging, and any handling cost you intend to charge.
- Use a zero rate when you want to offer free shipping to a destination.
- Review rates when carriers change their prices, and explain expected delivery times in Shipping information.
- Supper collects the buyer's address privately during checkout; never ask buyers to put an address in a public note.
