How DMs work for supporters, creators, commissions, and custom offers.
Supper DMs are designed around support relationships. Supporters can message about eligible purchases and commissions, and creators can send custom commission offers privately.
When a message is about a commission or custom offer, Supper should show a contextual card so the creator knows what the supporter is referring to.
Private by design
- DM text, custom offer terms, commission briefs, and attachments stay private in Supper.
- Support history belongs in contextual profile and support-history views, not in public chat previews.
- Unread chats should be clearly marked so creators can find new messages quickly.
