Helping a supporter manage a subscription
Subscribers change, cancel, or manage monthly support in ATM.
Supporters should use the Manage in ATM button for the exact subscription they are paying for. Creators should not create a second subscription for the same supporter and creator pair.
For pay-what-you-want monthly support, supporters can change the amount in ATM. For fixed membership tiers, supporters should use ATM to switch to another available tier.
If the supporter cannot find the subscription, ask them to check the account they used at checkout and the ATM personal subscriptions view.
