Supper policy

Child Safety and Illegal Content

Draft updated: June 12, 2026 · Effective date: to be set at launch · Operated by Atmosphere Money Inc.

Draft for legal review. These policies are written to match Supper's current private-beta product and should be reviewed by counsel before being treated as final legal documents.

Supper has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, trafficking, credible threats, or illegal content/activity. This applies to public pages, shop listings, commissions, paywalled files, private attachments, and DMs. See the Community and Content Policy for the broader content rules.

Reports involving child safety, illegal content, sexual exploitation, violence, terrorism, or copyright are prioritized for moderator alerts. Supper may preserve private evidence snapshots, quarantine or delete files, block access, suspend accounts, and escalate to relevant service providers, ATM, Stripe, storage providers, hosting providers, or legal authorities where required.

If the report concerns a Bluesky post or other public AT Protocol social record shown inside Supper, we may hide or stop displaying it in Supper and may preserve evidence for review. Because the original social record is outside Supper, you may also need to report it to Bluesky, the relevant PDS, or the app or service where it was posted, especially for urgent safety or illegal-content issues.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate local reporting authority first, then submit a Supper report with the relevant URL and details using Report abuse. The report guide explains what to include.

Need to report something? Report abuse. Questions about these policies? Email contact@atmosphere.money or see the Atmosphere Money legal hub.
