Supper policy
Community and Content Policy
Updated: July 12, 2026 · Effective date: July 12, 2026 · Version: 2026-07-12.v1 · Operated by Atmosphere Money Inc.
Supper is for lawful creator support: tips, subscriptions, shop items, commissions, services, project pages, messages, and community updates. These rules apply to public content, private files, paywalled content, order details, commission briefs, messages, and offsite content that is sold, unlocked, advertised, or delivered through Supper.
Supper may show public Bluesky or compatible social posts on creator pages and support feeds. Those original posts remain subject to the content rules and moderation systems of the service where they were posted. For example, Bluesky-originated posts are also subject to Bluesky's policies and labels. Supper can hide or reduce display of social content in Supper, but a Bluesky or compatible-app report may also be needed to address the original post outside Supper. Our public atmosphere account records guide explains how public records can be visible in other compatible apps.
Supper uses ATM for checkout. ATM currently uses Stripe to securely process supported card and wallet payments, so paid content must follow Stripe's prohibited and restricted business rules. In practice, that means sexually explicit content or other mature audience content designed for sexual gratification cannot be sold, tipped for, unlocked, or commissioned through Stripe-backed Supper checkout. Future payment processors may have different rules, but Supper's baseline safety and legality rules still apply. Supper may make checkout availability processor-specific so creators are not routed into a processor that cannot support a particular category.
Stripe-backed checkout restrictions
Because Supper checkout is currently Stripe-backed through ATM, some categories may be prohibited or require additional review even if the content would otherwise be lawful. Supper creators must not use Stripe-backed checkout for:
- pornography, sexual services, or mature audience content designed for sexual gratification, including AI-generated material in those categories;
- content-creator platform activity or exclusive digital content that the active processor does not support, including paywalled material that is adult, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise restricted;
- raffles, gambling, games of chance, prize contests, fantasy sports, or fundraising sweepstakes that require entry/payment for a chance to win value;
- crowdfunding or fundraising that is not supported by the active processor or that misleads supporters about rewards or use of funds;
- illegal drugs, drug-making equipment, cannabis/CBD products outside processor limits, tobacco, e-cigarettes, or related production equipment;
- weapons, regulated goods, counterfeit goods, unauthorized branded items, or products that infringe copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, or publicity rights;
- prescription-only products, medical devices, unsafe nutraceuticals, or health/earnings claims that are deceptive, unsupported, or regulated;
- high-value goods, precious metals/stones, stored-value products, crypto/NFT products, or resale models that the processor treats as restricted; and
- deceptive offers such as get-rich-quick schemes, fake testimonials, hidden subscription pricing, unclear cancellation terms, negative-option marketing, or pay-for-engagement services.
Prohibited content includes child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, credible threats or incitement to violence, doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate or harassment targeting protected classes, scams, malware, stolen goods, payment-rule evasion, and content that infringes intellectual property rights.
We may remove content, quarantine or delete files, restrict checkout, suspend accounts, preserve evidence for review, and escalate serious reports to infrastructure providers or appropriate authorities. More detailed Supper help articles are available in Supper content guidelines, physical item guidance, mature content guidance, and the report form.
