Supper policy

Community and Content Policy

Draft updated: June 12, 2026 · Effective date: to be set at launch · Operated by Atmosphere Money Inc.

Draft for legal review. These policies are written to match Supper's current private-beta product and should be reviewed by counsel before being treated as final legal documents.

Supper is for lawful creator support: tips, subscriptions, shop items, commissions, services, project pages, messages, and community updates. These rules apply to public content, private files, paywalled content, order details, commission briefs, messages, and offsite content that is sold, unlocked, advertised, or delivered through Supper.

Supper may show public Bluesky or AT Protocol social posts on creator pages and support feeds. Those original posts remain subject to the content rules and moderation systems of the service where they were posted. For example, Bluesky-originated posts are also subject to Bluesky's policies and labels. Supper can hide or reduce display of social content in Supper, but a Bluesky or AT Protocol report may also be needed to address the original post outside Supper. Our AT Protocol records guide explains how public records can be visible in other compatible apps.

Supper uses ATM for checkout. ATM currently uses Stripe, so paid content must follow Stripe's prohibited and restricted business rules. In practice, that means sexually explicit content or other mature audience content designed for sexual gratification cannot be sold, tipped for, unlocked, or commissioned through Stripe-backed Supper checkout. Future payment processors may have different rules, but Supper's baseline safety and legality rules still apply. Supper may make checkout availability processor-specific so creators are not routed into a processor that cannot support a particular category.

Prohibited content includes child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, credible threats or incitement to violence, doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate or harassment targeting protected classes, scams, malware, stolen goods, payment-rule evasion, and content that infringes intellectual property rights.

We may remove content, quarantine or delete files, restrict checkout, suspend accounts, preserve evidence for review, and escalate serious reports to infrastructure providers or appropriate authorities. More detailed Supper help articles are available in Supper content guidelines, physical item guidance, mature content guidance, and the report form.
