Creators must only upload, sell, commission, or link to work they own, are licensed to use, or otherwise have permission to use. This applies to public pages, posts, shop products, commission listings, private files, reference attachments, and offsite links used to deliver paid content.

To report alleged infringement, use Report abuse and choose Copyright issue. Include the Supper URL, the content you believe is infringing, a description or URL for the original work, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. Our copyright guidelines explain what to include. If the report concerns a public AT Protocol record, tell us whether you are asking Supper to remove its app view, whether you also need the creator's PDS record addressed, or both.

If the allegedly infringing material is a Bluesky post or other social record that Supper is displaying, Supper can review how that content is shown in Supper, but the original record may also need to be reported through Bluesky or the AT Protocol app, PDS, or service where it was posted. Removing a display from Supper does not necessarily remove the original social post or record from the wider network. See Supper and AT Protocol records for the public-record overview.

We may remove or hide content, disable checkout, quarantine files, request more information, or restrict accounts. Repeat or serious infringement may lead to suspension or a permanent ban. If your content was removed and you believe you have the rights to use it, submit an appeal with the affected content identifier and your explanation.
