Copyright and DMCA Contact

Creators must only upload, sell, commission, or link to work they own, are licensed to use, or otherwise have permission to use. This applies to public pages, posts, shop products, commission listings, private files, reference attachments, and offsite links used to deliver paid content.

To submit a copyright notice, use the copyright report form or send a written notice to the designated agent above. A complete notice should include your physical or electronic signature, the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, the Supper URL or other information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the allegedly infringing material, information reasonably sufficient for us to contact you, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. If the allegedly infringing material is a Bluesky post or other social record that Supper is displaying, Supper can review how that content is shown in Supper, but the original record may also need to be reported through Bluesky, the relevant compatible app, atmosphere account, or service where it was posted. Removing a display from Supper does not necessarily remove the original social post or record from the wider network. See Supper and public atmosphere account records for the public-record overview.

When we receive a complete copyright notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the affected user where appropriate, preserve evidence, quarantine files, restrict checkout, or take other account action. Incomplete notices may delay review because we may need to ask for more information before we can locate the material or understand the claim.

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the designated agent. A counter-notice should include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, phone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Atmosphere Money Inc. may be found, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

Where the DMCA counter-notice process applies, we may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from the allegedly infringing activity. We may decline to restore material that also violates Supper's Terms, Content Policy, payment-processor rules, or applicable law.

Supper may terminate, suspend, or restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or submit infringing material. We consider repeated valid notices, court orders, attempts to evade prior removals, and other relevant trust-and-safety context when applying this policy.

Submitting false, misleading, or abusive copyright notices or counter-notices can have legal consequences. Do not submit a copyright claim unless you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, and do not submit a counter-notice unless you have a good-faith basis to do so. If your content was removed for reasons other than copyright, submit an appeal with the affected content identifier and your explanation.
